May 12th, 2009 | by Admin |ive had clearwire for around a year and a 1/2 and the service itself wasnt what i was expecting…..i recently moved and called them b4 i did so….they informed me if i moved to an area where i couldnt recieve service i could cancel with no fee or problems…well now im all moved and have no service. when i call to cancel they inform me that i do indeed have to pay a cancelation fee and the only way out of it is to post on craigslist and have someone else take over the account….this shouldnt be my problem…they offer no service and expect people to continue paying for it?!?!?!?! after going round and round with a couple of diff people there i am still left with this only one option to gettin rid of them. needless to say i am not pleased about this, their service, their customer service or their product. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE OUT THERE….NEVER EVER GET CLEARWIRE. they will lie to you and basically take you for the entirety of your contract reguardless of whether they can provide you with what they say they do…INTERNET. does clearwire suck……YES…IN SO MANY MANY DIFF WAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
