May 12th, 2009 | by Admin |I cancelled my service back in Jan 09 and dropped my modem at some lousy kiosk in a mall. The manager “promised” me that he would drop off the modem at their office in Kirkland, WA office. 4 months later I am still being billed because they have no record of the modem being turned in. Now they want to charge 200 bucks for the modem, and they won’t cancel the service until they have the modem. So basically I am being charged 42.00 bucks a month for service I don’t use. Their customer service sucks. They don’t believe me and the “manager” no longer is employed there. They don’t even have records of employees who work there.
Clearwire is a complete sham. The service sucked. So because this bonehead manager with an IQ of 2 lost my modem, I am being blamed for his mistake. They kept saying “The modem was your responsibility – you leased it from us.” No responsibility on the manager’s part. So I am being punished. CLEARWIRE SUCKS.
