Lawsuit Filed Against CLEARWIRE!

Hello,

I am currently a Clearwire customer. I live in Superior, WI and have just gotten off the phone with their customer service, or lack there of. My story is that I am moving out of area permanently to Milwaukee, WI where Clearwire does not have coverage. I have just two months left on my contract as they stated my last payment is in June. I wanted to cancel my service as I will not be able to use the remaining two months since I will be in a non-service zone. They of course told me there would be a cancellation fee,even though I’ve been a customer since February 2007 and have never missed a payment. I understand what there terms of service state, but I feel that if I am not going to be able to use service that I should not be forced to pay for said service (or lack there of). I have never been happy with the connection speed and just stopped calling since the speed never improved and was locked in a contract. I paid for the 1.5mb service and never had that level and I was three blocks away from the tower.

I would like any information about the possible class action lawsuit or anything you are doing to combat such horrible service.
