I paid them last month with an different card account and did not change the original card that i use for them. they claim that I updated my information and I did not because I did not want them to access on my every day card ,so now my account is all screwed up -84 plus dollars because other transactions have ran into insufficient funds. I did not change the information ,they changed it them self’s . They owe me 35.00 times 2 in overdraft fee’s My bank account would have been fine if they had not used last months information. I did not no way possible depress the change information button.
the end result is why. they tried to tell me it was changed the 3rd of this month that’s a bunch of bull crap. I do not know what else to do ,I am probably going to loose my account at the bank.
