Clearwire has always been slow for me. i’m a photographer & you can forget about using Clearwire if you need to upload or ftp files. i have been locked into a 2 year agreement ending in 1 month. Thank God.

Called Clearwire today because of this UPLOAD issue. I SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO UNSUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD A 35MB FILE TO AN IMPORTANT CLIENT.
TODAY CLEAREWIRE says my modem (that i LEASE) needs to be replaced.

Told i CANNOT go to the local office to trade because THOSE MODEMS ARE ONLY RESERVED FOR NEW ACCOUNTS!

Instead, I HAVE TO PAY $10 AND WAIT for UPS to send me a new modem. AND THEY ARE TURNING OFF THIS SLOW MODEM TODAY SO I WILL NOW BE WITHOUT INTERNET UNTIL THE NEW MODEM ARRIVES.

just terrible terrible service for such a slow connection. I AM GETTING OUT NEXT MONTH. I FEEL RIPPED OFF.
