Ok, Same thing. Bought it when it first came to town from Circuit City. Bought it with the understanding the device is mine.

I had all kinds of hell staying online or getting on. Turning firewalls off then starting over by unplugging everything.

For 4 years they had the money out my bank. Last week i moved and they have no service in to the rural area. I had to go back to hard line.

So, I call to cancel on March 30th. I checked my account today, and they took out payment after i told them not to. My bank just canceled my card and gave me a new one to stop them. I called raising hell. They said they have not got the device yet. I told them they were wrong, and that i sent it overnight by UPS. I have the signature on it from the warehouse.

Now its going to be 30 days before i get my money back. I was told they want the box back. I told them i paid for it. The sales people don’t tell you they get a kick back from Clearwire ever month 4 dollars on ever unit a month. If they sold a 1000 units times four bucks, it adds up! I found that out from an ex-manger who also a cousin of mine.

They’re thieves and liars. I’d turn them in to the BBB, but what good will that do?
