I was on a one year agreement being suckered in by a slimy salesman at the mall who stated clearly that the 1.5Mbps was _dedicated_ to me, not shared like other ISP’s. For a year, no problems at all and I was going month to month then stopped paying all together when their connection (even at 5 bars) couldn’t stay logged into a game for more than 5 minutes. Being way beyond my contract, I stopped paying all together. Now I got a bill from a collection agency charging me the ETF and for the modem which I had paid in full when I had purchased service!!
This company illegitimate and criminal.
