i thought i would put in my 2 cents.
the Better Business bureau was a very great tool to get me out of a contract with Wildblue Satellite internet.
I contacted them after i was getting no where with Wildblue.
they had almost no service. i could hardly get on. except early in the morning. and i hated the bandwidth limitation.
they did perfect by me. i got out of the 2 year contract and got my setup fees and the first months bill refunded to me.
everyone should to use the BBB.
i read a couple of posts that had pretty high payments and such. dont pay try the BBB first.
BTW i now have Cricket Broadband. $40 a month and has really good service. check it out. see if its in your area.
