My Clearwire Experience – User Submission by Mike C.

I took a survey from clearwire after I finally got to cancel after 2 years. At the end, you get to speak your mind, so I did:

“The only thing that made me use clearwire as long as I did was the contract, so I completely understand why it is in place. Other companies rely on the merit of their services to keep customers. They don’t use artificial methods like contracts. I enjoyed this survey. The questions it asks shows me that you realize just how awful your service is.

“Did you cancel because the service was too expensive?”
“Did you cancel because there was a contract?”
“Did you cancel because you couldn’t get a signal?”
“Did you cancel because speed was too slow?”
“Did you cancel because you did not like automatically recurring payments?”

I answered “yes” to everything–everything you assumed I would answer “yes” to. It’s like I couldn’t even come up with my own unique problems; you already know what all the problems are. And apparently these problems are so widespread that you’ve already come up with the perfect survey questions. Good luck staying in business.”

It kind of made me feel good inside,
