Clearwire Sucks! – User Submission by Jeremy
March 26th, 2009 | by Tim |I made the REGRETABLE decision of signing a two year contract with CLEARWIRE while living in Bellingham,WA assuming that they also had coverage in places like “San Diego,CA”. Wrong! That was a big mistake on my part. I recently moved to San Diego and come to find out they have no service here or in most of CALIFORNIA. BEWARE! on their website they highlight an entire state giving you the impression that the whole state has coverage. However only few cities within the state actually have coverage. I asked them to please give me SERVICE or LET ME OUT OF MY CONTRACT. They would not do either. I got stuck with a huge cancelation fee because they don’t offer service in San Diego. What a joke. I would suggest you think twice and read the fine print before signing up with this company because they are BLOODSUCKING LEECHES. Your much better off with cable.

I’m so tired of dealing with clearwire!!! I had to move OUT OF STATE because I was laid off TWICE while living in the Central Valley in CA. I called them last December, they pretty much told me ‘too bad.’ I’ve been paying for internet that I cannot use. They refused to let me out of my contract. I will DEFINITELY be in on a class action lawsuit, if anyone cares to file!!! I have called them repeatedly about this. Not to mention, when I was living in CA their service SUCKED anyway. I HAD TO PAY for a new modem when THEIR’S quit working. I never had a good connection and it went down often. These people are a JOKE.

true that sister. I heard they “fuckwire” designed this website so that people could come here and vent then move on rather than taking any real action.
