So I’ve had clearwire for 23 months now. My bill was always paid on time as it was an auto pay. I have had 3 service interruptions. one involved no service at all and lasted about a week. the other 2 involved connection speed slow downs that lasted over 10 days each. My speed was clocked at dial up speed according to internetspeedtest.com. besides those disruptions, i received the speed i was promised. KEEP READING!

1 month b4 my contract expired i lost my internet completely. I checked the phone, which i also get through clearwire(sucky reception in my opinion) it was still on. I wondered how i could still have VOIP but no internet. hmm. I wonder. So, I connected modem to PS3. Opened the ps3 web browser and BLAMMO… I get sent directly to a clearwire web site thanking me for my commitment and offering incentives to continue my commitment. I promptly clicked “NO Thank You” and BLAMMO. I still didn’t have NO internet.

This happened twice. The first time, It took 2 days to figure out what was going on. It was fixed with a not so simple 45 minute phone call to their call center. The second time it happened wasn’t so simple. Their call center closed at 10pm i believe. I lost my service at 10:01pm. Luckily, they graciously allowed me to surf the clearwire web site, but not the web. So I hooked up the PS3 and typed via square circle and triangle until i finally convinced some moron on the other end that he should reconnect me. 1.5 hours later, my intrernet was back on.

MY BILL WAS PAID THROUGH THE 5th of next month. today is the 28th. My payment was always on time. They hijacked my connection and used aggressive means to try to get me to resign. NEVERNEVERNEVER again.

I’m Looking to file a class action suit. Anyone with stories similar to mine.(VERY SIMILAR) please email me.
