February 27th, 2009 | by Admin |My connection is so slow. I called them to find out what it took up to 2 minutes to go from page to page and they had me do some process but it is still just as slow.
Also, the brochure that “explains” how to set up the modem is useless. It makes no sense so you have to call them so they can tell you what you need to do.
