I loved the concept of Clearwire as most people do. But the poor speeds and deplorable customer service we have all received will keep me hoping this company goes out of business and soon.
Clearwire seems like a good alternative to DSL and cable, but I am infinitely happier having real high speeds and decent customer service with a competitor. Even at the expense of my early termination fee of $160.
I told the rep on the phone while trying to obtain my original “contract” that I would tell everyone I could how awful Clearwire.com is and this is my start.
DO NOT BUY CLEARWIRE SERVICE OF ANY KIND! RUN FROM THE SALES OFFICE! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THEY ARE A SCAM! FIND A MUCH BETTER WAY TO INTERNET!
