As a former contractor I have found their payment process to be less than desirable. New contracts give them more options of not paying for services. They want service up front and prompt but make you constantly whistle for your money even after warranty period lapses. If you are current contractor with this group I hope you charge them a premium because by the time you get paid your company will probably fold up.
