I Hate Clearwire – User Submission by Judy M.

At first it was just fine, then since they teamed up with Google, I have to restart my computer everytime I want to read my emails. I was not having this problem before. I have sat for hours with their technicians to try and get this fixed. No one in their service dept. has a clue how to fix it. They have me re-enter all my info, but it does not solve the problem. I for one, will get rid of clearwire just as soon as my contract is up, sadly for me, I still got another year of frustration to put up with. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, did you get a resolve?

Clearwire is the one of (if not the most) ineffective and inefficient services I have ever used. Their upload service is almost non-existent when working with video or large files. Videos that you may be trying to watch will buffer forever or start and stop as it buffers. This is one service I would not wish on my worst enemy – its just that bad. I have spend hours on the phone with their customer service techs trying to getting better reception with no success. Now that I want to cancel the service (after a year of trying to deal with them) they want to charge me a cancellation fee. I have decided to let my attorney handle this – its worth it!!! I hate Clearwire with a passion! If you are thinking about this service – DON’T DO IT! RUN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!
