January 26th, 2009 | by Tim |I had used Clearwire while living in Jacksonville, then for employment purpose’s I needed to move back to St. Petersburg, FL to make money. Clearwire does not offer services in St. Pete and therefor wanted me to pay 130.00 to meet the end of my contract. I explained to them that if they offered the services in St. Pete I would gladly keep them as my internet provider.
I also had 2 other bad experiences with them while they were upgrading their system… I lost all my excising and I had just sent out several resumes to various employers not know if they had sent me a reply because of the upgrade. I had to re-set everything from the beginning… Customer Service was not that friendly about helping me.
