I can't use their service since september 2008 but I already prepaid my service the year. On November 2008 they automatic renew my service and charge over $500.00 on my credit card account, I call them and ask them to cancel but they did not cancel I call my credit card bank to dispute, a month the charge come back into my account I call both credit card and clearwire and still no result. futher more I bought the modem from them at the begining of the service but on the bill they charge $59 as a lease modem.
