I called to cancel my services and they told me that I would have to pay 165.00. I though that was ridiculous because the services half ass works. They told me that because I moved then wanted to cancel then there is nothing that they could do. I Have called every month for a year about my poor services but they still want to charge me. The only reason I want to cancel the services is because it doesn’t work. They have the records of my calls but yet that still is not enough reason for them to waive the termination fee. I explained to them that I would not have to cancel if they held up their end of the bargain.
