December 22nd, 2008 | by Tim |So, I have been a customer for a while now, and everytime I had a problem, I have always spoken to one support person that was always able to solve my problem.
I called in with a problem last night and asked to speak with Karen. I found out she is no longer there. Thank god she had given me her personal email address, so I emailed her.
She was still nice enough to get in touch with me and solve my Clearwire problem even though the company fucked her over. I told her she was better off without them anyways, and that I would be canceling my service because of the crappy way they treat people. She was fired for no reason, and showed me the website she put up explaining how her fucked up manager lied to get her fired. At least unemployment sided with her. So beware, they not only treat the customers like they don’t matter, they do it to the people that work there too. NO WONDER CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE. I am dumping this company as soon as I can, and I will tell everyone I know exactly what they are like.
