		<description>Im a former employee...First i want apologize to all customer i spoke to... It is true about the connection speeds. If there is high congestion of people on the tower. You will get manage and the speeds will be slow. We were told to read a script and put the blame on virus or too many programs running on the system.. Now in some cases it can be true. But, not in this case. They basic over sold the product were it cause people either having trouble to get on the connection to the tower, slow speeds and poor phone services. Truth is they never put enough sector on the tower. an not enough strength to handle the traffic. They higher outsource agents to sell to the consumers to people that we not in coverage. An, when send fee backs. Nothing becomes of it. People are told by the sales agent &quot;4g oh it will work in there area and there way out of coverage.  whats worse a customer can be .31 miles from a tower and can be consider to be in a blind spot or out of coverage. they put tower by airports, main rail road station and even on a power line pole. now theese areas i listed will reduce the signal and you will have the hard time to connect. because of their towers they need to use to contact flights that come from planes, trains.... etc. but, they say will not interfear... that a lie it does. if you live in home that has double pain windows, tall tress... it does interfear.  the modem so poorly made that if you put next to a router it will fried. They tell us it has nothing to do with it. Were told to charge customer on faulty equipment. then the faulty equipment we sent are used..  Some customer will get modems that are beat up, missing power supply or still on another customer account listed and not remove. if not remove, oh yes the next customer gets the modem. will see you information if redirect to the clear page. if click continue it show your information.. the usbs come out faulty and the software is known to corrupt a computer.. so, once again im sry.. even when i was there i was on your side. I guess thats why i got fire. I fault even for employees rights..  
They lie about pay, they lie about stocks grants, and try not to pay for vacations... they lie to all of us..</description>

Man, you ain&#039;t kiddin&#039;.  I stay with Clearwire because I believe in WiMAX and wireless broadband as the future of communications but I ready to puke on a daily basis as I watch the hard work of hundreds of techs, marketing people, support reps, and networks folks get wasted and undone by shady sales practices. The company is very vocal about how it is uncompromising when it comes to dishonest or even ambiguous sales practices.  However, when you put as much pressure to sell on a salesperson as Clearwire does just about every sales person will lie loudly and with a smile to get someone to sign up.</description>
