The customer service agent that took my order asked me what type of laptop that I have, when and where I purchased it. I have a COMPAQ Presario that I purchased from Best Buy in January 2008. My laptop still has the original stickers on it, and all the information I gave to the customer service agent was read directly from those product information stickers. The result: Clearwire sent me the wrong PC wireless card. This was only the beginning of my still unresolved troubles with Clearwire.
