September 11th, 2008 | by Tim |Just found your site! I am experiencing the same as everyone else……..but I have been with them for four years I think! No problems until a few months ago. Thought my issues were with my PC. NOT! I finally got their technician to admit that the towers were overloaded and that’s why I am slower than dial up! He said to wait until October because they are making HUGH improvements! I will believe it when I see it!
Need to switch to something else. Any suggestions on someone more reputable? I’m in Boise Idaho, and really hate Cable One, and Qwest…………but I’m thinking anything is better than Clearwire!
