Lawsuit Filed Against CLEARWIRE!

User Submission from Reese W.

August 13th, 2008 | by Tim |

As being a subscriber to Clearwire I truly have to say it’s a pile of crap. When I first got it,it worked great. After a yr or so went by, it went straight to the crapper. I’ve made a handful of calls to the IT department and always the same thing. Hardly did I ever get a tech that would sit down with me and walk me through certain things to boost my bandwidth. I do play a lot of MMO and FPS and cant ever stay connected or play a game with out getting attacked from the Lagmonster. I think I payed 30$ each month and didn’t even get the amount of bandwidth I was paying for. I noticed that during the day time I do get decent bandwidth with some trouble here and there. Peak hours is a constant 2k-3k latency from when running a ping plotter. I leave work to go home and game or whatever and constantly fight with box to get the latency down in order to do anything. They never ever once sent anyone to look at how they set it up or anything. Ill be glad when I have my next ISP provider hooking up my new equipment up.
