WORST COMPANY EVER. I had the contract for only two months. Price wasn’t horrible, especially for the touted high MB download. I got an average of .25mb downspeed during the day, at around 2 in the morning I could get up to around 8. I called them, they replaced the router that I was renting for $5 a month. When I cancelled my contract, they informed me it would be a $40 RESTOCKING fee for when I returned the router. This POS isn’t even worth $40! I’m now trying to get a copy of the contract that “I signed” to have this charge applied.
They will not stop calling me with their automated system as well, apparently because I have a balance on the account (I just found this out today, I haven’t had service with them in 4 months). I have request to be taken off their calling list, been told that I was taken off their calling list, and I am still on it. When the automated calling system calls me, I pick up, press one to talk to a live representative, wait for about 3 minutes on hold, and then have them hang up on me. Clearly I’m getting a little miffed, so I’ll stop here.

Long story short; terrible company.
