My Sanity has been sucked into the Clearwire - User Submission
July 13th, 2008 | by Tim |So i signed up clearwire last summer (2007) thinking what a great service
it was. I had great service and all was good. I asked about what happened
if i moved. The rep in the store stated if i didnt get service they could
just cancel the contract and all would be taken care of.
I moved in November and i was not able to get any reception, after
performing what seemed like a twister game i wasnt able to still get a
connection. The clearwire rep stated thy would send a tech to my house.
After three times waiting around for a tech and no show i got a call two
days before Xmas and i was not here. I cancelled my service and what do
you know i still was being charged. I repeatedly asked the charged to be
stopped to no avail.
I ended up cancelling my debit card and thought all was good. NOPE: a few
months later i ended up being charged again on my card. now noone seems to
know how my number was received for my new card and it is has turned into
a fiasco.
I have all the docs i had in conversations which shows various lies stated
by them … this is not a reputable company and should be put out of
business.
