First of all if your using a wireless router(2.4ghz), alongside a wireless modem(2.5ghz) certified service freq from a (wisp) as your source of internet.. You state ....."At first I thought it was my router because it would seem better as we rebooted the router so I replaced it with a new router of a different brand. Then about 2 days later the problem creeps up again. It happens to all the machines on the network no matter which one is being used." The router would happen to be your issue sir, but the router brand/replacing the router isn't how to fix your issue! The devices would need to be about 3-4 feet apart or the error correction on your clearwire modem fighting with your wireless router to receive its service signal as the router sends you wi-fi to your laptop will hinder the modem until there are seperated far enough from one another not to interfere with one antoher! (3-4) Feet apart!
