Pitiful Customer Service - User Submission from Richard Kuhlman
June 10th, 2008 | by Tim |Yesterday I tried to cancel my service and the CSR said he would send a shipping label to my email. None was sent. When I contacted the online chat service, he said his records showed that a label was sent and he couldn’t help me. He referred me back to the phone CSR. This is after I contacted the Washington Attorney General over their unfair renewal policy. The service frequently went out before, and now the modem is completely on the blink. !!! I feel like I have joined a cult and the gates have been locked behind me. Beware if you are still on the outside.
