Lawsuit Filed Against CLEARWIRE!

Just got Clearwire a week ago, modem and PC card package. I’ll I can say is I am hugely disappointed. Unstable connection, drops in and out randomly and indepentdent of location, speed is a joke. I had faster speeds with a dial-up back in 1993. I never get better than 54kbps with Clearwire. I realize it is in its infancy, I have A two year contract that I am going to buy out of. They say you can send it back within thirty days. Not true. Once they get your credit card number, it’s over for you.

    You have seven days to return it from the date you turned it on / signed the agreement. Make sure you call ASAP to cancel.
