Yet Another User Submission
January 10th, 2008 | by Admin |I moved to an area when I no longer got service and they wouldn’t let me cancel without paying the $210. I moved in with my husbands parents, I WAS BROKE! Then we moved to an apartment where the service just never worked when I wanted to use it so I called and said since it sucks and doesn’t work cancel it and DO NOT charge me a fee cause I believed it was their fault that it sucked so I shouldn’t have to pay. They said I had to so I did. Then I sent the modem back the following month…which they billed me for AFTER I had already canceled my service. I called and JENNIFER told me they received the modem and the payment would be reversed and put back into my bank. A week later it’s not there so I called back and now they say it took too long for the modem to get there so I’m not getting my money back. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE MONTH AFTER I CANCELED AND THE $195 TERMINATION FEE! This has to be illegal. I’m willing to be involved in a lawsuit against them. Who’s starting it? We’ve got to bring this company down and make them stop dicking people out of money for no reason.
