		<description>I believe I am going into my 5th month dealing with a billing issue with Clear.  I was being charged the normal fee even after tech support could not fix the modem and told me a new disc was being sent and to re install the program. The disc never came, the modem was never fixed and I was being charged again for another month even though it could not be used.  Of course I had probably made close to 15 phone calls be then.  By the  time for the third billing date I knew I was going to be billed so I went to the bank and canceled my card and I was correct cause now for the last two months at billing time my service gets cuts and I get back on the phone.   Last month I contacted BBB and the last report about 3 weeks ago said some one from Clear was gong to contact me and work the situation out.  No one ever called and last night I sent BBB a tag telling them no one ever called, my service was being tampered with and that I was possibly at 35 calls to them or more running appox 45 minutes to one hour and that my time is valued as well as theirs and maybe I should get paid as well.  I would be happy with free service counting some sort of reimbursement                                            for all my time spent in useless hours on the phone.  Lately it seems I can&#039;t get through as though I have been &quot;BLACK-BALLED&quot; at the sight of my name and account.</description>

I signed up with CLEAR in September 2009 with their top plan that advertised speeds over 10 mbps.  At that time they assured me that the minimum speeds would be NO LESS than 6 mbps. 

They have given me horrible service for months and I have given them months to get it right!  I have been patient and notified them frequently (24 - 1+hour phone calls in 7 months!) so that they could fix the problem. Then when I finally tell them I&#039;ve had enough and request a very small refund of the money I&#039;ve paid them, they transfer me to a manager, GREGORY H ext.37450, who proceeds to tell me that I&#039;m not getting any money from them.  He tells me that it is CLEAR&#039;s policy that, NO MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE, there will be no refunds made to cancellations.  EVEN THOUGH they have been providing me with less than 1 mbps speed for weeks and less than 3 mbps for 7 months!  It is important to note that their website reads &quot;between 3-6 mbps and bursts up to 10 mbps&quot; Over the last couple of weeks I have received an average of less than 0.40 mbps download speeds and even as low as 0.27 mbps!!!  Then GREGORY H, ext. 37450, proceeded to tell me that I agreed to that policy when I signed the contract!  Not &quot;I&#039;m so sorry sir&quot; or &quot;this is not the way CLEAR does business&quot; in fact he goes on to tell me that &quot;these are the terms of service that you agreed to&quot;.  I asked him, &quot;But what terms of service did CLEAR agree to?&quot; and he told me that as long as I was getting ANY SIGNAL than they were keeping their end of the deal! At NO point in time did GREGORY H ext. 37450 even begin to offer ANY MEANS of repayment or compromise except to tell me that he would wave the &quot;restocking fee&quot; on the device THAT I ALREADY OWN!!!!  

CLEAR SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is only 1 of more than 25 customer service calls in that I have made to CLEAR!  But this &quot;manager&quot; - GREGORY H ext. 37450 - was the first person ever to be so robotic and stone faced as to try and act as though CLEAR had done nothing wrong.</description>

		<description>I have visited 2 Clearwire stores in Yakima and they didn&#039;t have anyone bright enough to tell me how to get my modem to receive more than 2 or 3 signals.  I did call their service tech and he suggested I buy a router and more the modem to another room.  I wish I had a local person I could talk to but they don&#039;t really care.</description>
