Restocking Fee and My Computer Has Spyware (an e-mail from a sensitive Clearwire employee)
May 20th, 2007 | by Tim |Hi everyone,
So I received an e-mail today from Brent Emery, a Clearwire Account Executive from Medford Oregon:
His e-mail says:
“the restocking fee is not to walk the modem into the back room! It is shipped back to be refurbished! Get your facts strait before you post nonsense! Clearwire service actually works awesome if you know what you are doing. People like you that have no idea, have no right to talk shit about a good company! Get a life”
If their quality of service wasn’t enough to make you want to stay away from them, it would have to be how their employees represent the company.

If you’ll work in customer service, atleast learn proper spelling and grammar! (referring to the email message posted).
And as a professional, I’m surprised he used profanity. If I had a phone line or cable, then I’d get rid of clearwire myself.
